  • Income estimates are now expressed as annual income rather than weekly income because ONS now publish the statistics as annual estimates.
  • Housing affordability indicators’ methodology has been tweaked so it’s consistent with ONS

Report generation will be down Tuesday 15th May 2018

Due to circumstances outside of our control, our report generation server will be down on:

  • Tuesday 15th May; between 8am – 3pm.

What does this mean for you?

You will be able to use Community Insight as normal during this time. However, report generation will not work during this time.

Any reports that you request during the power outage, will be added to a report queue and will generate once the servers regain power.

To minimise inconvenience as a result of the power outage; we recommend:

  • You request any reports that you might need on Tuesday 15th May in advance
  • You avoid generating new reports during the power outage
  • You avoid generating new reports in the hour leading up to the power outage

We will monitor the report generation throughout the day, and once the power is back up and running, to ensure you receive reports as quickly as possible.

We will also send you an email to confirm that report generation is up and running on Tuesday afternoon.

We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause. If you would like to talk to one of the team about what this might mean for you – please get in touch on support@ocsi.co.uk
