A Boost for User Support

Over the last few months, we’ve been looking at how we can boost the support that we provide to our Community Insight users. We have recently expanded our user support team and we are giving our processes a revamp to help us help you. What this means for you is the support you receive will be better than ever before. We have loads of new support material coming your way, we are developing a knowledge base for all your Community Insight needs and our new ticketing system means our response time will be faster.

Coming Soon: Knowledge Base – Launching April 2016

In addition to being on hand to answer all your Community Insight questions, we are creating a Knowledge Base for Community Insight users. This hub will provide you with everything you need to know about using Community Insight from bite-sized, step by step guidance on using the features to , handy tips on more advanced uses of the tool. The knowledge base will constantly be growing and driven by you, so let us know what you want to see more of – we’re here to help you!
